With more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate, I've specialized in development, leasing, acquisitions and business development for a diverse range of public and private real estate investors. In principal or management roles for projects surpassing $1 billion in value, I've contributed to the portfolios of well-established companies such as WP Glimcher and DDR, both publicly traded REITs, as well as The Feil Organization and Kaufman Development, both private family companies. I've always enjoyed the opportunity to lead disparate teams of people towards common goals.
Beyond business, I'm deeply involved in building community. I sit on the Executive Committee for the Board of Lutheran Social Services, one of the largest social service organizations in Ohio, annually serving over 100,000 people in 26 Ohio counties. I'm also the cofounder of Catalyst Columbus, a public-facing art 501c3 non-profit and started The Next Partnership, a networking group of 200 real estate professionals. I maintain a meaningful connection with Colgate University, my alma mater, having gratefully served on their Alumni Board. On a personal note, I'm a cancer survivor and am proud to have raised over $75K for Pelotonia, an organization dedicated to fighting cancer.
